Ceramic letters

Ceramic frames

All frames comes with magnetic photo holders and a wire for hanging on the back. Please note that this is a product made by hand and small imperfections may occur.

Shipping

All parcels are traceable and delivered from Sweden with a flat shipping fee depending on country. Some orders might be subject to local taxes and import duties. Since we’re unable to calculate these charges, shipping from Paula Atelier does not cover these expenses.

Should a product be damaged on arrival, please make note of any external damage on the parcel and notify the driver/collection point and contact us right away at hello@paulaatelier.se.

Orders can be picked up at our studio in Falkenberg free of charge. When placing your order, please send us a message.

Returns

You may return your product within 14 days of arrival. Please note that you are responsible for returning the parcel to us. We highly recommend sending the product back in it’s original packaging, traceable with the carrier of your choosing. Items lost or damaged during return shipping will not be compensated for.
